Alif and Radik Musin’s exhibition: Tatarstan Days will be held in Romania

During the Days of Russian Culture in Romania, the Days of the Republic of Tatarstan will be organized. This was reported by the website of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Bucharest.

In the center on November 14, an exhibition of the artist Radik Musin will open, characterizing himself as a “Tatar expert” and “brand realist”. His works are presented in the Ufa gallery X-MAX and a number of public spaces of the capital of Bashkortostan.

On the same day, a concert of the ensemble of Turkic ethnics and crafts “Rivayat ” will take place. Musicians play more than 30 folk instruments, among which are the ancient Nogai, Bashkir, modern Tatar kurai, tel-kurai, dombra, weed, kubyz, boryn kubyz and others.

In addition, on November 16, the famous choreographic performance of Tufan Imamutdinov’s Alif (Call of the Beginning) will be shown at the Konstantin Nottar Theater. The production is dedicated to the fate of Tatar writing. For participating in the dancer Nurbek Batulla was awarded the Golden Mask Prize.

The Days of Russian Culture in Bucharest themselves started on October 19th. They are being held in Romania for the ninth time, TASS reports.

“<…> this is a wide open window, peering through which, Romanians will learn more about the current life of Russia and Russians,” said Valery Kuzmin, Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Bucharest, speaking at the opening ceremony.
