Today, on January 11, a meeting of members of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan with Tatar writers of Bashkortostan took place in Ufa. This happened due to the joint efforts of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars and the representation of the WCT in Bashkortostan.

Тhe event began with the laying of flowers at the monument to the classic of Tatar and Bashkir literature Mazhit Gafuri. The meeting with Tatar writers was attended by First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars Mars Tukaev, Chairman of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan Rkail Zaidulla, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Bashkortostan Yusuf Yakubov, representative of the WCT in the Republic of Bashkortostan Alfred Davletshin, writers Fakil Safin, Rafis Kurban and Bulat Ibragimov.
