The third regional competition “Tatar Malae” (Tatar Boy) and “Tatar Kyzchygy” (Tatar Girl) took place at the Bardym Children’s Art School in the village of Barda, Perm Krai.
The main goal and objectives of the competition were to introduce children to their native language, identify and develop young talents, improve performance skills, foster respect and love for the native language and the Motherland, form national identity, preserve and develop spiritual and cultural values, and increase the level of fluent communication in the native language among preschool and early elementary school children.
This bright and significant event gathered participants from across Perm Krai. The competition brought together 38 talented, active, and creative children of preschool and early elementary school age from Bardymsky, Ordinsky, Oktyabrsky municipal districts, and the city of Perm (Tatar Sunday School), who showcased the richness of Tatar culture and traditions.
