Today, an online meeting dedicated to the global “Tatarcha diktant” event was held at the World Congress of the Tatars. The meeting was attended by Mars Tukaev, First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars; Raynur Khasanov, Chairman of the World Forum of Tatar Youth; Irek Sharipov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars; Kadriya Idrisova, Chairperson of the regional public organization of Tatar women “Ak Kalpak”; as well as leaders of Tatar organizations that will be hosting “Tatarça Diktant.”

During the meeting, information was presented on the goals of the event, its format, participation options, preparation of materials, and the evaluation of results. Issues related to preparatory work were also discussed.

This year, the “Tatarcha diktant” event will be held for the eleventh time, from April 24 to 26. It will be dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the great poet Gabdulla Tukay. On April 24, the dictation will be written in Tatarstan; on April 25 — in the regions of Russia; and on April 26 — by Tatars living abroad. It is also possible to participate on all three consecutive days of the event.
