The winners of the Gabdulla Tukai Republican Award have been determined. Awards were given  to actress Fidanie Nurullina, writer Fakil Safin and artist Grigory Eydinov.

Today, April 26, after an event in the village of Kyrlay dedicated to G. Tukai, the Tatar intelligentsia gathered in the center of Kazan.

Tukai is not just a great poet, but a symbol of the history and fate of the entire Tatar people. In the history of Tatar culture,

The Astrakhan monument appeared in the park named after Gabdulla Tukai at the initiative of the city society of Tatar culture "Duslyk"

The event site will also host an exhibition of the halal industry Russia Halal Expo 2021 and the Machine-Building Cluster Forum.

Public figures, heads of Tatar organizations of the Tyumen region and  Chairman of the World Congress of Tatars also held a working meeting in Tyumen.

The festival program includes 23 theaters from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and the national republics of Russia.

Every two years, within the framework of the festival, a competition for children and youth performing groups is held.
