A feature of Sabantuy will be the competition "Audarysh" on horses of the Tatar breed.

After the official part, the solemn event continued with a Friday prayer at the Khan's mosque.

The opening of the monument will be part of an extensive cultural and scientific program that the Religious  Muslim Board of the Russian Federation is holding in Kasimov on June 8-11, timed to coincide with the 1100th anniversary of the official adoption of Islam by the peoples of the Volga Bulgaria, the 870th anniversary of Kasimov,

The tour for the guests was conducted by the Chairman of the Regional National-Cultural Autonomy of the Tatars of the Ryazan Region Ildar Bikuev.

Syuyumbike is the first and only lady  Ruler of the Kazan state. The park named after the last Tatar queen appeared thanks to a project to support local initiatives.

The event is attended by Russian and international clubs of historical reconstruction from the regions of the Volga, Central, Ural and Siberian federal districts.
