On March 14, the city of Novosibirsk hosted the regional contest “Tatars kyzy-2020”.

The producer of  series “Zuleikha opens her eyes” -  general director of the TV channel “Russia 1” Anton Zlatopolsky expressed special thanks to Tatarstan for financial assistance in creating a movie. He announced this at a press conference on the premiere of the series.

A native of Kazan, a graduate of KFU, Dinara Mezhitova, headed the television channel Astrakhan 24. Earlier, the post of general director of the channel was held by Stella Zvereva, who left this post on March 11.

The prefecture "Old City" collects unique stories about the Old Tatar settlement. The most interesting and unusual stories will be published on the site and in social networks.

Shaukat Kabirov, a veteran teacher at the Novoibraykino secondary school in the Aksubaevsky district, prepared materials for a book-album about famous compatriots: Major General Almas Adgamov and Doctor of Philosophy Mansur Abdrakhmanov.

Alsou Khayrzamanova,  finalist of the contest “Tatars kyzy. Nәni enҗelәr - 2018 ”, received the Laureate Diploma of the Open Interregional Festival-Competition of Tatar Song and Instrumental Music Performers“ URAL SANDUGACHI ”(“ Ural Nightingale ”)!

On March 18, Yuri Gvozdy’s film “The Spiritual Springs of Tatarstan” will be shown at the Moskovsky Exhibition Center in Kazan. A free screening as part of the film screenings dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the TASSR will begin at 13:00.

On March 15, a festive event dedicated to March 8 was held at the office of MNCAT in Dzerzhinsk. The holiday was organized by Zukhra-khanum Abdulina, a teacher of the Tatar language, the soul of the Tatar center in Dzerzhinsk

Askar Khusainov, a schoolboy from Kazan,  has  won a silver medal at the European Championship in youth among youth under 12 years old. Competitions were held on March 11-14 in the city of Stubicke-Toplice (Croatia) in three age categories: under 12, 16 and 20 years.

Starting March 17, with the blessing of Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, the verses of the Holy Quran are read around the clock at the Moscow Cathedral Mosque.
